
RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
We hope you love your Vendetah pieces. If something isn’t quite right, we are happy to offer a store credit or size exchange, provided the below conditions are met.
To be eligible:
• Item(s) must be unworn and unwashed
• All original tags must remain attached
• Hygiene stickers must be intact
• Item(s) must be returned in original packaging
• Proof of purchase must be provided
• You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order
• Item(s) must be returned within 14 days of delivery
Exchanges are available for size adjustments only, subject to stock availability. If you wish to select a different style, store credit will be issued once your return is approved.
All conditions must be satisfied for a return to be accepted. Vendetah reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet these requirements.
Please note:
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable
• We are not liable for lost or damaged return parcels
Store credit is valid for 3 years from the date of issue.

If you receive an item that is faulty or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with:
• Your order number
• Proof of purchase
• Clear photographic evidence of the fault
If the item is deemed faulty, we will provide a replacement where available. If a replacement is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be issued at our discretion.
Please ensure all order details are correct before confirming your purchase.
Once an order has been placed and confirmed, we are unable to cancel or modify it.
All sale purchases are final.
Sale items are not eligible for refunds, exchanges, or store credit.
