RETURN & REFUND POLICY

DUE TO THE NATURE OF OUR PRODUCTS, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES FOR ANY OF OUR PILATES SOCKS ONCE THEY HAVE BEEN PURCHASED. THIS POLICY IS IN PLACE TO ENSURE THE HIGHEST LEVEL OF HYGIENE AND SAFETY FOR OUR CUSTOMERS.

NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES

SOCKS: ALL OF OUR SOCKS ARE NON-RETURNABLE AND NON-EXCHANGEABLE. ONCE A PURCHASE HAS BEEN MADE, IT IS CONSIDERED FINAL. PLEASE ENSURE YOU SELECT THE CORRECT SIZE AND STYLE BEFORE COMPLETING YOUR PURCHASE.

REFUNDS


FAULTY ITEMS: WE STAND BY THE QUALITY OF OUR PRODUCTS. IF YOU RECEIVE AN ITEM THAT IS FAULTY DUE TO A MANUFACTURING DEFECT, WE WILL GLADLY OFFER A REFUND. TO QUALIFY FOR A REFUND, YOU MUST CONTACT US WITHIN 6 DAYS OF RECEIVING YOUR ORDER AT SUPPORT@VENDETAH.COM WITH DETAILED INFORMATION AND PHOTOS OF THE FAULT. OUR QUALITY CONTROL TEAM WILL ASSESS THE ISSUE AND, IF DEEMED A MANUFACTURING DEFECT, WE WILL PROCESS A FULL REFUND.

WEAR AND TEAR: PLEASE NOTE THAT ANY DAMAGE RESULTING FROM WEAR AND TEAR, SUCH AS PULLS, MARKS, OR EXCESSIVE PILLING DUE TO ABRASIVE FRICTION, IS NOT CONSIDERED A FAULT AND WILL NOT QUALIFY FOR A REFUND.

INCORRECT ORDERS: ENTERING AN INCORRECT ADDRESS AT CHECKOUT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER. ONCE YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN FULFILLED, WE ARE UNABLE TO MAKE ANY AMENDMENTS TO THE SHIPPING ADDRESS.
